At Good GRL Co , we are a wild, untamed force
--untethered by society’s rules and the narrow gaze of a patriarchal world. As a Dance Theater company, we dig deep into personal experience, unleashing fierce, unfiltered truths. Our work is a rebellion, a celebration of the unique and unapologetic.

The Many Deaths of Puppy Love
The Many Deaths of Puppy Love opens June 26th-28th at Base Arts Space and explores the tumultuous journey of building a new romantic relationship. Drawing from personal experience the work takes the audience from a love at first sight encounter to hyperfixation, oversharing, the inability to see or acknowledge conflicts and problems, to the hard decisions and conversations that happen when you take your rose colored glasses off.
Girl In Late August- Produced by Coriolis Dance
A love letter written through dance, exploring the topic of aging, womanhood, societal pressures, self-love, and acceptance. The ensemble of eight journey together through an emotional collage, examining their fears, dispelling false beliefs that have been imprinted in their minds, and rejecting the restrictions placed on their bodies.

"In Gregor’s movement in particular I see an ecstatic rebellion against conservative conformity. In her quick and powerful movements, wildly free joints and gymnastic-like leaps I hear an exciting invitation for all humans to try being wild and free. In her dancing I hear a call to buck expectations of what “good girls” should sound and move like. Her passion to see her ideas play out with a collective of dancers adding their own flavor reminds me of how dance can be a doorway to liberation from conventional expectations.
